Common questions
Can couples download a 4K film from Pixieset?
4K downloads require a Pro or Ultimate Client Gallery or Suite plan. Other eligible plans offer downloads up to 2048px on the longest edge. Embedded videos cannot be downloaded through Pixieset. Check the plan against the files you promise couples.
Is Studio Manager the same as the Pixieset Suite?
