Video delivery FAQ
Your couple watches an embedded YouTube video inside their branded Lemlii gallery. Upload the original file to Lemlii separately when you want to offer a download. Playback quality and availability depend on YouTube; the download is the original file you provide.
Yes. Your couples can revisit and share their films year after year, with no scheduled viewing expiry. Once downloads expire, those galleries use none of your storage allowance—leaving room for new weddings. Keep your Lemlii account, galleries, and embedded YouTube videos available to keep them viewable.
The example covers 15 weddings at 25–50GB each: 375–750GB delivered in a year. Lemlii Starter is $200/year, including CRM and delivery, provided active downloadable files stay within 200GB as older windows expire. The upload-pack example uses one pay-as-you-go provider’s standard prices: four 100GB packs cost $440; a 500GB pack, two 100GB packs, and a 50GB pack cost $755. Packs are valid for one year and include two years of gallery access and downloads, even if you discontinue the service. Lemlii requires an active account for ongoing gallery viewing. Prices checked September 9, 2026; promotions, taxes, extra revisions, and future costs are excluded. Terms vary by provider.
Yes. Keep the highlight, ceremony, reception, and other films together in one branded gallery. Your couple gets one link to watch and share the collection, with original-file downloads available during the window you choose.
Choose a 30-, 90-, or 365-day download window for the original files you upload. Couples can save those files during that window. After it expires, the files stop counting toward your storage allowance, while the gallery can remain viewable through its YouTube videos. Keep your Lemlii account, gallery, and source videos available for continued viewing.
Starter includes 200GB for active, downloadable files; Pro includes 1TB. At around 25–50GB per wedding, Starter holds roughly 4–8 downloadable galleries at once, assuming no other active files use that space. Once downloads expire, they no longer count toward your storage. Your older galleries can stay viewable through embedded videos, so viewing is not limited to those 4–8 weddings.
