Common questions
Can I deliver a 4K file through Google Drive?
Yes. The preview resolution and the downloadable file are different things. Drive’s video preview is capped at 1080p; clients can download the uploaded original when downloads are allowed.
Do I need Google Workspace for this free setup?
No. A personal Google account provides Drive storage and access to Sheets. Workspace is a separate paid business product; its storage and features should not be assumed to be included in the free option.
