Getting Started
Before You Send Your First Proposal
Check the client, package, contract, payment, and business details needed for an accurate first proposal.
A proposal combines information from your lead, package templates, contract template, business settings, and payment setup.
Confirm the client record
Open Leads and expand the inquiry. Check these details before creating the proposal:
- Couple names and primary email
- Wedding date and venue or location
- Relevant inquiry details and private notes
- Any date conflict or date caution that still needs review
Confirm the reusable content
Open Templates and check the package and contract. You need at least one collection and package.
- Under Packages, confirm the correct Collection, included Package, prices, and optional add-ons.
- Under Contract, read the reusable terms and make sure they match how you run your business.
Review the client-facing business details
Open Settings > Business and check the business name, contact information, logo, and branding clients will see.
Decide how the client may pay
Turn on Accept credit card to offer card payments when Stripe is connected. You can still share the proposal with card payments turned off.
