How to Review Signed Proposals and Contracts

Open a signed client document from Leads or Bookings and review its details and signatures.

Open the client’s record to review their signed proposal or contract.

  1. Find the signed document

    • From Leads: expand the inquiry, open Proposal, and choose Open proposal.
    • From Bookings: expand the confirmed work, open Contract, and choose Open contract.
  2. Review the signed client-facing record

Open the signed page to review:

    • Client and event details.
    • Package items, additions, discount, tax, and total.
    • Payment amounts and due dates.
    • The complete contract text.
    • Each signer’s name and Signed timestamp.
    • The Contract signed confirmation.
  3. Give the same client access again

Use Copy proposal link in Leads or Copy contract link in Bookings to send the document again. Keep the link private.

  4. Keep the signed record available for review

Use Print PDF on the signed page to save a copy. You can reopen the document from the client’s record.

  5. Decide whether a signed document should be revised

Editing a signed agreement creates a revision the client must sign again. If a change is needed:

    • Confirm the requested change is necessary and agreed with the client.
    • Use Edit proposal or Edit contract and read the re-sign warning.
    • Make only the required correction.
    • Review the revised public page and tell the client that a new signature is required.
    • Rely on the revised terms only after the client completes signing again.

Notes

  • Selecting Edit proposal or Edit contract on a signed document prompts that the client must re-sign.
  • Do not rewrite signed content merely to normalize formatting or wording.
