How to Upload Videos to a Gallery

Add videos for clients to watch and files they can download.

A gallery has two different video areas: Embed for playable Vimeo or YouTube videos and Upload for downloadable files.

The gallery must be created before either area becomes available.

  1. Open the existing gallery

    Open Delivery > View > Gallery and select the client’s gallery.

  2. Add a video to watch

    Embedded videos play in the gallery and aren’t included in Downloads.

      Under Embed, paste the Vimeo or YouTube address into Video URL.

      Add a Title for the video.

    3. 3.

      Select Add.

    4. 4.

      Drag the embed cards into their public order.

    5. 5.

      If you change an embed title, select Save.

  3. Upload a file to download

    Uploaded files are delivered through Downloads and use the gallery’s file-download expiry. If access has expired, select Extend access before adding new files.

      Open Upload.

      Choose the finished video files.

    3. 3.

      Start the upload.

    4. 4.

      Keep the page open while each file uploads and is verified.

    5. 5.

      Confirm the files appear in the gallery library.

  4. Test playback and downloads

    Select Preview or Open gallery. Test the videos, check their order, and open Downloads to check the files and titles.

Notes

  • If download access has expired, click Extend access to add 30 days before uploading new files.
