How to Create a Delivery Gallery

Create a gallery to share finished videos with your client.

Open Delivery > Create and select the Gallery tab.

Create the gallery first; then you can add embedded videos, upload downloadable files, and share the public gallery address.

  1. Create the gallery

    Open Delivery > Create and select Gallery.

      Choose the Client.

      Review the suggested Title and Subtitle, then change either one if needed.

      Set the File Download Expiry.

    4. 4.

      Choose who can open the gallery.

    5. 5.

      If you choose Password protected, enter the password clients will need.

    6. 6.

      Select Create Gallery.

    • A client or gallery title is required before the gallery can be created.

  2. Choose the cover

    In Preview, upload or replace the cover image and check how the title and subtitle sit over it. Use artwork that remains clear behind the gallery text.

  3. Add your videos

    Add videos for clients to watch or download:

    • Embed: add a Vimeo or YouTube address for a video that plays inside the public gallery.
    • Upload: add a finished file that appears in the gallery’s download panel.

  4. Preview before sharing

    Open Preview to check the gallery’s details, videos, downloads, and access settings. Select Share Gallery when it’s ready.

Notes

  • Only downloadable uploads expire; the gallery page and embedded videos stay live.
