How Clients View and Download Videos

See how clients watch, share, and download their videos.

The public gallery separates playable embedded videos from downloadable uploaded files.

Clients can also copy the gallery address to share it.

  1. Open the gallery

    The client opens the gallery link and enters the password if one is set.

  2. Watch an embedded video

    1. 1.

      Choose a video card from the gallery rail.

    2. 2.

      Watch the video in the player.

    3. 3.

      Close the player to return to the gallery, or use the arrows to switch videos.

  3. Download the finished files

    Select Download uploaded videos to open the Downloads panel.

    • One file: use the download action beside that file.
    • Multiple files: on a supported desktop browser, select Start Downloads.
    • Paused batch: select Start Remaining if the browser stops before every file begins.

  4. What the expiry date means

    After the download expiry date, uploaded files are unavailable. The gallery and embedded videos stay online. Clients should keep a backup of their files.

  5. Download status

    Downloading a file can move the connected project to Downloaded. Watching a video does not change this status.
