How to Update a Gallery After Sharing

Update a shared gallery without changing its link.

A shared gallery remains editable from Delivery > View.

Saved changes appear at the same public gallery address.

  1. Open the shared gallery

    Open Delivery > View > Gallery and select the client’s gallery. Editing the existing gallery keeps the same link.

  2. Edit gallery details

    If download access has expired, extend it before adding new downloadable files.

      Select Edit details.

      Update the client, title, subtitle, file-download expiry, privacy, password, or cover image.

    3. 3.

      Review the changed values together.

    4. 4.

      Select Done editing.

  3. Update the videos

    Changes appear at the shared link immediately.

    • Add, rename, reorder, or remove an embedded video, then check its public sequence.
    • Upload a finished file only after confirming the new download expiry.
    • Tell the client before removing a file they may still need.
    • Remember that removing a file changes the live gallery immediately.

  4. Check the updated gallery

    The link stays the same. Let your client know if there’s something new to watch or download.

      Open the gallery from Delivery > View.

    2. 2.

      Confirm the title, cover, video order, downloads, privacy, and expiry.

    3. 3.

      Compare the address with the one already shared.
