Delivery Galleries

How to Manage Delivery Links

Find, copy, open, edit, or delete public delivery galleries and file links.

Open Delivery > View to manage published galleries and file-delivery links.

Use the Gallery and Link tabs to switch between the two delivery types.

  1. Find the delivery item

    The storage meter on this page shows how much video storage is currently used.

      Open Delivery > View.

    2. 2.

      Choose Gallery for a multi-video gallery or Link for a standalone file delivery.

    3. 3.

      Select the year.

    4. 4.

      Use Search to find the client or delivery title.

  2. Gallery actions

    Select a gallery cover or title to edit it. The card also has these actions:

    • Copy link: copies the public gallery address.
    • Open gallery: opens the current client-facing gallery.
    • Delete gallery: permanently removes the gallery.

  3. Standalone link actions

    Select a link title to edit it. The card also has these actions:

    • Copy link: copies the file-delivery address.
    • Open link: opens the live client-facing delivery.
    • Delete link: permanently removes the delivery link.

  4. Check the status

    Cards show statuses such as Sent, Downloaded, Expires soon, or Expired. A password badge marks a protected gallery.

Notes

  • Deleting a gallery or link is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • There is no separate disable action in the current View screen.
