How to Share a Delivery Link

Copy or email a gallery link to your client.

Use Share Gallery after the public gallery is ready for the client.

Sharing or copying a gallery records it as Sent and moves its connected project to Sent.

  1. Review the final gallery

    Open Preview and check:

    • Client name, gallery title, subtitle, and cover
    • Playable embeds and their order
    • Downloadable files and expiry date
    • Public access or password protection
    • The password you will provide separately, when required

  2. Share the link

    Find Share Gallery beside the workspace or preview.

    • Copy: copies the gallery address so you can place it in your own client message.
    • Email: opens the gallery’s email-sharing action.

  3. Sharing marks the gallery as sent

    Copying or emailing the link marks both the gallery and its connected project as Sent.

  4. Check the link and status

    This article covers a gallery. A standalone file delivery is managed from the separate Link tab.

      Test the link in a private browser window.

      Check that the gallery opens and asks for a password if you set one.

    3. 3.

      Open Delivery > View and confirm the gallery shows Sent.

    4. 4.

      Open Projects and confirm the connected project appears under Sent.

Notes

  • If the gallery is password protected, send the password separately.
