How to Use Analytics
Review yearly or all-time money, lead-funnel, lead-source, booking, and client-journey results with links to supporting records.
Analytics shows your financial results, inquiry sources, and booking trends.
Choose between a year and All time
Open Financials > Analytics and choose an Analytics period:
- A specific year: financial results, signals, inquiries, and bookings for that year.
- All time: lifetime totals, seasonal patterns, and changes in inquiry sources.
- A future year: expect forward-looking booking information rather than completed financial results.
Read the yearly financial sections
The yearly financial sections show:
- Signals: items or conditions that may need attention.
- Money snapshot: revenue or earned amount, invoiced amount, expenses, and profit estimate.
- Accountant summary: revenue, tax, expenses, still-due amounts, and operating-profit estimate.
- Revenue over time: how the selected revenue measure changes through the year.
Review inquiries and bookings
These sections show where work comes from and how it progresses:
- Lead funnel: movement from inquiry toward booked work.
- Lead source results: how recorded sources contribute to leads and bookings.
- Bookings and weddings by month: when confirmed work occurs.
- Client journey: how clients move from inquiry through completed work.

When data is missing
Unavailable and “not enough history” mean there is not enough data for a result. They do not mean zero. Different currencies stay separate.
Notes
- Future years show forward-looking booking information rather than completed financial results.
- An Unavailable or “not enough history” state is a data-coverage warning, not a zero.
- Different currencies remain separate.
