Your CRM and film galleries in one subscription, set up for weddings from the first day.

- **Choose Lemlii if:** Films are what you deliver. You want your CRM and galleries in one subscription, with the wedding workflow ready rather than built from scratch.
- **Choose VSCO Workspace if:** You shoot photos as well as films, use VSCO’s editing tools, and want a highly configurable CRM for a team of up to six.

| | Lemlii | VSCO Workspace |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Starting price | Free: $0; Starter: $20/month or $200/year | VSCO One: $499.99/year, annual only; Starter: free, with basic invoices and contracts |
| Booking a couple | A signed proposal creates the booking, invoice, and linked project | VSCO One: quotes with packages, contracts, questionnaires, and payment |
| Client follow-ups | Timed reminders with prepared wording; you choose when to send | VSCO One automations send right away, later, or as a draft for you |
| Getting paid | Stripe card payments, installments, and manual payment records | VSCO One: payment schedules through Stripe or Square |
| After the wedding | Built-in wedding stages, updated automatically from bookings and linked galleries | Configurable job workflows, from Lead to Completed |
| Film delivery | Your YouTube or Vimeo films, plus separately uploaded originals for download on Starter and Pro | VSCO Galleries, a separate app linked to each job; films upload directly |
| Video storage | Embedded films only on Free; 200GB Starter / 1TB Pro for active downloads | 65GB of video across the account on Pro and VSCO One |

Standard USD prices; a promotion was running when we checked, and these exclude it. Since June 23, 2026, full Workspace comes only with VSCO One, which also includes VSCO’s editing tools, Galleries, and portfolio sites, with 6 users and 4 brands. VSCO One has no free trial but offers a full refund within 30 days. Pro is $12.99/month or $59.99/year, with basic Workspace and 65GB of video. Annual prices are paid upfront; taxes, payment-processing fees, and promotions are excluded.

**One place for the couple.** With VSCO, bookings live in Workspace and films in VSCO Galleries, which you link to each job. In Lemlii, the proposal, invoice, project, and gallery all belong to the same couple.

**Less to configure.** A signed proposal creates the booking, invoice, and project. Past weddings enter the editing queue, and copying a gallery link in Delivery marks the project Sent. Workspace lets you build detailed job workflows and automations if you want that control.

## Questions

**Is VSCO Workspace the same as Táve?**
Yes. VSCO acquired Táve in 2025 and renamed it VSCO Workspace. Since June 23, 2026, new customers get full Workspace as part of the VSCO One membership rather than as a standalone plan.

**Can I deliver wedding films with VSCO?**
Yes, through VSCO Galleries. Films upload directly, couples watch and download in the browser, and Pro and VSCO One include 65GB of video storage across the account. VSCO doesn’t publish a maximum file size or playback resolution, so test a full-length film first.

**Does VSCO Workspace email couples automatically?**
On VSCO One, each automated email can send immediately, send later, or be saved as a draft for you to send. Lemlii sends you a ready-to-send draft, so you decide what goes out.

**Can I bring my VSCO Workspace bookings over?**
If you can export them as a CSV, yes. Lemlii matches the columns for you and shows a preview before anything is added. Your weddings come in with their dates, contact details, and booking totals. Contracts, files, and email history aren’t imported. Everything else starts from Lemlii’s templates, so you’re not rebuilding your inquiry form, questionnaire, or emails from scratch.
