**Deliver from where you booked.** Studio Ninja links a Pic-Time or ShootProof gallery to each job’s client portal. In Lemlii the gallery belongs to the booking: add your YouTube or Vimeo films, and on Starter and Pro, upload originals for download.

**Less to keep updated.** A signed proposal creates the booking, invoice, and project. After the wedding, it joins your editing queue. Copying a gallery link in Delivery marks the linked project Sent; download activity updates it again.

## Questions

**Can I deliver wedding films through Studio Ninja?**
Studio Ninja doesn’t host galleries itself. Its help centre points you to Pic-Time or ShootProof, which link into the job’s client portal. Shared portal files are limited to 50MB in total, so your films live with another service.

**Does Studio Ninja email couples automatically?**
On Pro and Master, workflow emails, contracts, and questionnaires send on their due date, or when you tick the task if there’s no due date. Payment reminders send automatically and can be turned off. Lemlii sends you a ready-to-send draft instead, so you decide what goes out.

**Is Studio Ninja Starter enough for a wedding season?**
Starter allows 5 active jobs and one user, without workflow automation. If you have more than five weddings on the go at once, compare Pro, at $27/month or $270/year.

**Can I bring my Studio Ninja bookings over?**
If you can export them as a CSV, yes. Lemlii matches the columns for you and shows a preview before anything is added. Your weddings come in with their dates, contact details, and booking totals. Contracts, files, and email history aren’t imported. Everything else starts from Lemlii’s templates, so you’re not rebuilding your inquiry form, questionnaire, or emails from scratch.
