# Lemlii vs. Sprout Studio

Galleries built for wedding films, attached to the booking they belong to.

- **Choose Lemlii if:** You deliver films more than photos. You want galleries built for them, with downloadable originals, next to your bookings.
- **Choose Sprout Studio if:** Photography is a big part of your business. Photo galleries, print sales, and a self-booking scheduler matter as much as film delivery.

Standard USD prices. Sprout Basic: $36/month or $396/year, 20 active shoots; Pro: $51/month or $561/year, unlimited active shoots; Unlimited: $69/month or $759/year. Sprout’s help centre describes its annual totals as approximate. Storage is for photos. Annual prices are paid upfront; taxes, payment-processing fees, promotions, and video-host costs are excluded.

**Galleries made for films.** Sprout’s galleries are built around photos, and films join as a YouTube or Vimeo embed. Lemlii galleries are built for films: add the highlight, ceremony, and speeches, and on Starter and Pro, upload originals for couples to download.

**Less to keep updated.** A signed proposal creates the booking, invoice, and project. After the wedding, it joins your editing queue. Copying a gallery link in Delivery marks the linked project Sent; download activity updates it again.

## Questions

**Can I upload wedding films to a Sprout gallery?**
Sprout’s gallery guides cover photo uploads, and films are added by embedding a YouTube or Vimeo video. We didn’t find native video uploads or a video storage allowance in Sprout’s official pages, so ask Sprout if couples need to download film files.

**Does Sprout email couples automatically?**
Yes. Sprout workflows send emails and questionnaires at set times around the inquiry, booking, or shoot date, and Sprout Assistant sends reminders such as invoice and gallery-expiry emails. Lemlii prepares the wording and sends it to you, so you decide what goes out.

**Does Sprout Studio have a free plan?**
No. Sprout offers a 30-day free trial of any plan, without a card. Lemlii Free has no time limit and includes unlimited clients, proposals, contracts, invoices, and galleries.

**Can I bring my Sprout Studio bookings over?**
If you can export them as a CSV, yes. Lemlii matches the columns for you and shows a preview before anything is added. Your weddings come in with their dates, contact details, and booking totals. Contracts, files, and email history aren’t imported. Everything else starts from Lemlii’s templates, so you’re not rebuilding your inquiry form, questionnaire, or emails from scratch.
