**One place instead of two.** Pic-Time partners with CRMs rather than running bookings itself, so contracts live in one tool and films in another. In Lemlii, the signed proposal, invoice, project, and gallery all belong to the same couple.

**Films stay where couples watch.** Lemlii plays films from YouTube or Vimeo, so they don’t use your download storage and keep playing after downloads expire. Pic-Time hosts each file itself, with casting and download sales, and counts every film against your storage.

## Questions

**Can I deliver a full wedding film on Pic-Time?**
Yes. Featured Videos upload directly and play in the gallery. Pic-Time’s help centre documents up to 120 minutes and 30GB per file, in MP4 or MOV up to 4K. Some of its marketing pages say 90 minutes, so check your longest film.

**Does Pic-Time handle contracts and invoices?**
Not in its own product. Pic-Time connects to CRMs such as HoneyBook and Studio Ninja instead. Lemlii includes proposals, contracts, invoices, and galleries on every plan, including Free.

**What happens to my films if I downgrade or cancel Pic-Time?**
At the end of the billing period your account moves to the smaller plan’s storage, and galleries over the limit are permanently deleted, oldest first. Keep your own backup either way: Lemlii removes uploaded originals when downloads expire or you cancel, while embedded films keep playing.
