**Can I deliver films through 17hats?**
17hats’ help centre says project files don’t appear in the client portal. It suggests hosting files elsewhere, such as Google Drive, with a link in the portal’s welcome message.

**Does 17hats email couples automatically?**
Workflow steps can send emails, quotes, contracts, invoices, and questionnaires automatically, from 10am in your time zone, or wait for your approval. Lemlii sends you a ready-to-send draft instead, so you decide what goes out.

**Can I bring my 17hats bookings over?**
If you can export them as a CSV, yes. Lemlii matches the columns for you and shows a preview before anything is added. Your weddings come in with their dates, contact details, and booking totals. Contracts, files, and email history aren’t imported. Everything else starts from Lemlii’s templates, so you’re not rebuilding your inquiry form, questionnaire, or emails from scratch.
